Confirmation:

After you fill out the forms. We will have to manually verify the information entered and send a confirmation, or request for additional information, within 18 hours. Any confirmation is based on availability of service. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and refund at any time, although this may happen within 24 hours after making the reservation.

Rate inclusions:

All Inclusive Pricing's, with no extras for the chauffeur, Airport Representative welcomes upon arrival, parking fees, expressway toll charges, fuel, drinking water, towel.

Waiting Time:

For pick up location Airport in waiting time process within 1.30 hour started from their flight land / For pick up another location in waiting time no more than 30 minutes, Otherwise additional charge will apply considering by hour rate.

Cancellation:

We can accept cancellations 3 days prior to arrival/departure without any charge, The refund will be processed a 30 days of cancellation, If you cancel the booking less than 48 hours before your arrival/departure, no refund will be apply.

No show:

is considered as cancellation without giving us advanced notice, there will be Full of charge or No Refund to client.

Drugs and alcohol:

We reserve the right to refuse to carry a person we believe is under the influence of drugs/alcohol, and/or whose behavior is considered a threat to the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers. This right is delegated to our chauffeurs and representatives and their decision made in such cases is final with no refund given.

Under Thailand Law we are not allowed to carry any drugs onto our vehicles for their consumption either within or outside the vehicle. Possibly can bring alcoholic beverages with you as long as it is storaged in the trunk of the Limousine.
